About Us

LL Coaching provides Career Development, Transition and Coaching for Professionals and Graduates as well as Information, Advice and Guidance on Higher Education for Young People, Parents and Schools

LL Coaching was set up by Career Coach and Higher Education Adviser Leanne Lindsey to inspire and motivate adults and young people to achieve their dreams and reach their full potential.

Leanne is a trained Life Coach who has first hand experience of returning to work after long term sickness, redundancy and a career change, and it was these experiences that influenced her to specialise in career coaching.

Part of Leanne's career change involved a role as an Aimhigher

Coordinator during which she identified the need for independent information, advice and guidance for young people, their parents and school staff to enable them to make informed choices about their future and support them through the process of applying to Higher Education.

To date, she has coached professionals from both the private and public sectors and has supported young people to raise their aspirations and consider their future ambitions, including applying to university, through coaching, mentoring and workshops. Leanne works 1-1 and in small groups with professionals, graduates, young people, schools and parents.

Leanne is currently studying a Post Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and is a member of the Institute of Career Guidance. She has an extremely positive outlook on life, is passionate about working with people and believes that anyone can achieve their dreams.
